How should I choose a plan?
If you are a business or an organization, please select a Flexible Plan or an Enterprise Plan. The Enterprise Plan, in particular, is designed for large organizations, as it has comprehensive member management features. Additionally, only the Enterprise Plan complies with large organizations’ security and audit policies, including security checklist availability. For more details, please visit here.

We can provide you with a quote in PDF format. Please provide the following information to help@deploygate.com.
- Your desired plan’s name
- Flexible Plan or Enterprise Plan
- Your member requirements
- 4 to 49 for the Flexible Plan or 20 or more for the Enterprise Plan
- Your company’s name for the quote
What are the payment options?
For Flexible Plans, we only accept credit card payments.
Can I cancel my plan mid-contract?
You can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel during your contract period, you will not receive a refund for any payments you’ve already made.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Individual Plan to the Flexible Plan or from the Flexible Plan to the Enterprise Plan. If you are upgrading from the Flexible plan to Enterprise, please contact us here. If you would like to downgrade from the Enterprise Plan, you must create a new Organization with your new plan. Please note that if you downgrade your plan during the contract period, the fees paid prior to the downgrade are non-refundable. For more details, please visit here.
Can I choose my contract length?
The contract period varies by plan and payment type. For Flexible Plans, the contract period and payment frequency is monthly if you pay by credit card. If you choose invoiced billling, the contract is on an annual basis. For Enterprise Plans, only invoiced billing is available as a payment option, and the contract period is on an annual basis only.
